Individual copies of the Blackcountryman in the archive can be searched once opened online, in the normal way using CTRL+F. However it is not possible to search multiple copies in this  way. To help with this we have prepared the Index below which is searchable by word or phrase and will indicate specific copies that can be downloaded. It is however quite slow to load and respond, so readers may care to download the index file via the button to the right.

 

Alternatively multiple copies can be searched by  downloading them and and putting them in a folder  In Acrobat Reader select Edit and Advanced Search. Highlight All PDF Documents in: and navigate to your folder. Any word or phrase can now be entered to perform a detailed search of all your PDF files at once. Once the PDFs are downloaded this is by far the best method of conducting a detailed search.
